Role & responsibilities Position Name: Asst Manager Business Development Education: BE- Chemical/ Mechanical Total Exp: 4- 7 Yrs CTC: 5.00 LPA - 9 LPA Location: Pune Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and generation of new businesses. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach campaigns and Engage in activities that support the growth of the business segment and the organization. Understand project requirements and translate them into strategic marketing. Coordinate with the project team and other departments for timely proposal submission. Stay updated with industry trends to adapt marketing strategies. Regularly communicate with clients to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business. Support the team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Track sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Provide regular reports on key metrics to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Prepare presentations and reports for meetings with senior management and clients. Role Requirements: Prepare PFD/P&ID and present the project scope to management. • Assist with estimation and capital equipment costing (in discussion technically & commercially with vendors). • Candidates should be interested to work in a new energy field like Green Hydrogen and experience in the same will be an added advantage. • Candidates should be enthusiastic to develop lead and market for Hydrogen Generation - Electrolysers, Hydrogen Blending, Hydrogen Compressors and Dispensers.
