Qualifications · BE/BTECH in Instrumentation , Electronic , Electrical Job Requirement • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within manufacturing, industrial automation, or quality management. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals. • Deep understanding of manufacturing environments, including key business challenges, compliance drivers, and digital transformation trends. • Strong existing network within the manufacturing, engineering, and quality domains. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with high accountability and ability to manage deals independently. Role Description • Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients in manufacturing, Food/ Beverage, Consumer products, aerospace, life sciences, and other industrial sectors. • Sell high-value software solutions, including MES, QMS, and related applications. • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, lead qualification, account management, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline and accurate CRM records. Build consultative relationships with plant managers, quality directors, IT leaders, and executives. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
