AIRWORKS COMMERCIAL MRO

REPORTS TO

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive marketing & communication initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop creative briefs and campaigns.
  • Create marketing collateral, AVs, and visibility materials.
  • Support events, webinars, conferences, and industry participation.
  • Manage vendors for creative, merchandising, and gifting outputs.
  • Develop localized content, newsletters, and success stories.
  • Support internal and external communication programs.
  • Manage digital/social media (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, website, performance marketing).
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns for awareness and lead generation.
  • Assist in product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.
  • Track customer experience and campaign KPIs for improvement.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and central Brand teams for execution.

Qualifications :

  • 5-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing & communications, preferably in B2B sector including services/ aviation.
  • PGDM/ MBA in Marketing and/or Communications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong thinking and storytelling skills with ability to crystallise consumer insight with ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution across ATL, BTL and digital media.
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across internal teams and agencies/ vendors
  • Agile, Adaptable and Results-Oriented: Problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize, to deliver measurable results within tight timelines.
  • Proficient in analysis (campaign), data management, and MS-Excel to interpret trends and customer insights for decision making and performance improvement.
  • Understand ground requirements and work ahead of time for timely production.
  • Experienced in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and vendors.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to communicate complex ideas in everyday language.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, technically curios, having willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with MRO/ Aviation terminologies and design software (Photoshop/ InDesign/ Canva or other AV/ animation software) is an added benefit.
