Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. F&C Activity & Compliance Follow-up with branches for adherence to F&C activity checklist and timelines. Update HO on progress every fortnight. 2. Credit Receivables Management Review and process credit block requests, ensuring commitments and approvals. Monitor outstanding receivables, coordinate overdue reviews, and update HO on collection plans. 3. Rebate & Collection Management Ensure price uploads and coordinate credit note issuance. Assist in collection forecasting and track progress. 4. Branch Coordination & Market Visits Support branch operations by reviewing COBs, assisting in resolutions, and updating HO. Conduct branch visits and key channel partner meetings, submitting reports and feedback. 5. Financial & GL Review Validate GLentries related to COGS, advance payments, and adjustments. Ensure timely reconciliation of unaccounted stock and channel finance utilization. 6. Audit & Compliance Assist in internal and external audits, provide necessary data, and follow up on action items. 7. Inventory & Operations Oversight Monitor aged and defective inventory, support liquidation efforts, and optimize vendor negotiations. Ensure smooth DSC operations and resolve pending cases. 8. Process Improvement & Cost Initiatives Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements in financial operations.
