Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in the Directorate of Alumni Relations at Kollam, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in managing alumni records, supporting events, coordinating communications, and responding to alumni inquiries. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to the success of campus reunions, networking events, and outreach programs, thereby strengthening the bond between the university and its alumni. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to take on creative projects like designing newsletters, creating email or social media content, developing alumni spotlights, and assisting with themed event planning. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about infusing creativity into alumni engagement efforts.
