Responsible for the people management / leadership of the area ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained and performance managed against agreed objectives Build stakeholder confidence Create a motivated team that has clarity of goals and a development orientation Managing the workflow for the approval of invoices before being sent for payment Plan and schedule work to meet deliverable time lines Ensure all Financial Control procedures are followed, adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements as defined for the team Ensure team is completing all mandatory training and learning and participating in company event Ensure smooth functioning, management and deliver during Business Continuity. Ensure operation of agreed financial controls including all relevant reconciliations in accordance with SOX requirements.
