Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient project and production execution.
Develop and oversee project planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation strategies.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely completion of engineering tasks.
Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and review detailed project schedules, maintenance plans, and engineering reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain quality standards.
Utilize technical expertise in mechanical systems and knowledge of mechatronics (if applicable) to support innovation and optimization.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, regulations, and internal quality protocols.
