Contributes to the development of data solutions within their projects, with a focus on applying their area of specialization. Provides guidance and support to junior team members on data science methodologies, tools, and algorithms within their area of expertise. Assists in the resolution of data science-related issues within their project, escalating to higher levels when necessary. Participates in the review process and helps ensure adherence to performance parameters for data science tasks, with a focus on data quality and model performance. Assists in balancing the data science workload within the team, considering the skills and capacities of team members. Actively participates in learning initiatives for upskilling and cross-skilling in data science, and shares knowledge with the team. Contributes ideas and insights towards the development of new data science solution offerings. Encourages junior team members to build technical skills and innovate within the realm of data science. Begins to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, with a focus on understanding their data-related needs and delivering value. Starts to develop a foundational understanding of related areas such as data engineering, MLOps, product engineering, or cloud services. Stays up to date with industry trends in data science to ensure personal growth and the competitive advantage of the team and organization.
