About the job: Job Title: Assistant Head - Student Recruitment (MFWM Program) Department / Campus: Student Recruitment (Sales) Location: Wadala Campus Reporting to: Program Director - Master of Applied Finance and Wealth Management (MFWM) Job Purpose: Responsible to support the admissions team and be the students touch point starting form application enquiry till offer letter stage. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role: Develop and implement sales, recruitment and marketing strategies that generate leads and conversions. Participate in visits and other special events; make presentations at fairs, road shows and other promotional events to explain the programs to potential students. Meet targets for assigned areas for each academic intake through delivery of commercially robust sales and recruitment initiatives. Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective students and other process stakeholders. Work closely and frequently with other marketing and student recruitment staff to develop and maintain campaigns and strategies. Contribute towards marketing collateral(s) development, event planning & execution and brand development initiatives. Associated administrative duties, including departmental reports, budget planning, data management, CRM update and management of sales, marketing and promotional events which supports the organizational objectives. In addition to the above you may be required to undertake any other activities towards fulfilment of the role. Consistently meet and exceed targets of Number of Applications generated and student enrolment for the program. Key Result Areas: Number achievement of the Program enrolments. Educational Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate 4+ years of experience Technical Competencies: Must have good networking and selling skills. Must have experience of sales in the service sector / multi course institution. Must have an eye for detail, accuracy and follow-up to deliver student acceptances. Must have an understanding of the Educational Market in India. Must be adept at using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Behavioral Competencies: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly ability to make presentations to large audiences. Must have a pleasant personality and a go-getter attitude. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision. Willing to travel extensively. Key Interactions: Internal Interactions: Digital Team - Lead generation campaign. Accounts Teams - At all levels for Tests, Evals, Offer and payments. Finance - Invoices for registration and instalments. Faculty - Interaction for info sessions. External Interactions: Agents - Education Counsellor / Agents. Students - Queries, Tests, Results, Payments.
