Assistant Graphic Designer

As an Assistant Graphic Designer at Indian Educational Services (IES), your role will involve collaborating with teams to create visually compelling graphics, assist in branding initiatives, design logos, and develop typography concepts. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing engaging and brand-consistent designs for IES's marketing, promotional, and educational materials. - Creating social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other visual assets. - Collaborating with the Content and Social Media team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with IES's branding strategy. - Designing layouts and templates for website pages, newsletters, and email campaigns. - Enhancing and editing images for use across digital and print platforms. - Developing branding materials to maintain a strong visual identity across all IES platforms. - Working on video editing, animation, and motion graphics for promotional and educational content. - Creating and editing short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Adding captions, effects, and transitions to enhance video content. - Designing thumbnails and infographics to increase digital engagement. - Coordinating with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of promotional materials. - Staying updated with the latest design trends and ed-tech industry standards to ensure fresh and innovative designs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and other design tools. - Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. - Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns. - Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding principles. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - A passion for educational services and ed-tech branding is a plus.,
