Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Vadodara. The Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. The Assistant will also assist with communication duties, including answering phone calls and emails. Other tasks may include supporting team projects and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
