1). Lead and review structural design for multiple High End Rise Building Projects.
2). Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams and team Leader for structural planning and technical guidance.
3.) Ensure structural integrity and safety- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
4). Provide technical leadership from concept to construction stage.
5). Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
