Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and provide insights to senior management.
  • Statutory Compliances : Proficiency in all labour-related Statutory compliances and legal requirements like Minimum Wages, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Maternity Benefit etc. is essential.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and inclusive workplace.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Factory Experience : Candidate should have experience of handling Factory HR including workmen.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA (HR) with 15+ years of experience in HR management role.
  • The candidate should have been in a HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of HR software will be preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
