Role & responsibilities : New Product development Product testing and reliability QA and QMS systems Technical services to domestic and overseas customers Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage Help departments making methods and procedures for new products and processes Build and maintain reliable quality assurance and data analysis and interpretation process. Monitor KPIs to assess the performance and growth of the team Presentation/communication of technical and technology facts and figures to the internal and external audiences. Preferred candidate profile 15 - 17 years, around 5 to 8 years of experience in solar or related industry is preferred however, not mandatory. Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymers preferably from CIPET Proven track record of successful technological achievements and the knowledge of technological trends Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking & and strategy building Problem-solving aptitude He/she should have a high learning ability to get-versed with the solar technology trends overall, and in specific to Encapsulants and Backsheets In addition to the above, the candidate should ideally possess acumens of operations, general management and administration, where he/she can be grown to a level of business/location head if performs desirably.
