About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AGM to join our dynamic team in Noida (Sector 90). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, compliance, and contract management, with a proven ability to handle legal affairs for property development, transactions, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all legal matters related to the company’s real estate projects and operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements (JDA), MoUs, and vendor contracts
• Provide legal support in land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property documentation.
• Good exposure on handling RERA cases on behalf of a real estate firm, Negotiations, good knowledge of RERA compliance, Resolving disputes & ensuring that the penalty on behalf of the company is waived off.
• Coordinating with the Legal team for any kind of assistance.
• Coordinating with the CRM Department in order to understand the case history.
• Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external advocates.
• Advise management on legal risks and strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Maintain updated records of contracts, legal documents, and compliance filings.
• Support in corporate secretarial functions, statutory compliance, and internal legal audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in handling legal matters, preferably within real estate or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
