Job Title: Assistant General Manager - Human Resources (HR) Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (full time work from office position) Qualification: MBA in Human Resources from a Reputed Institute Experience: 5+ years in HR experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles in a mid-sized service industry (Non-Information Technology) Reporting To: Founder & CEO Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the companys vision, ensuring a positive work culture, talent management, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong business acumen, employee-first mindset, and ability to drive change in a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Foster a strong company culture that promotes performance, engagement, and retention. Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent. Besides hiring in Pune, this position will virtually hire pan India destination consultants and engage with them. Build and implement career development and succession planning initiatives. Design and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice. Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture. Lead employee grievance resolution and ensure a harmonious work environment. Implement employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structures for competitiveness and fairness. Manage HR budgeting, analytics, and reporting for data-driven decision-making. Conduct quarterly & annual meets Implement Theme of the Quarter aimed at improving the work culture and efficiency Design & implement a formal appraisal system Lead the CSR activities of the company. Learning & Development: Establish and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills. Identify skill gaps, determine training needs & develop training programs that align with organizational goals. Conduct in-house trainings as well as manage offsite training programs by engage external trainers. Key Skills & Other Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR transformation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A good team player who is disciplined, punctual, honest & mature.
