Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Oversee factory human resource operations, including employee relations, welfare, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure adherence to labor laws such as Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Bonus Act, PF Act, ESIC & ESI Act. Provide guidance on plant HR matters related to recruitment, training & development of employees. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Ph.D/Doctorate in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in IR/HR roles.
