Assistant General Manager- Collections

As a Senior Leadership role specializing in hard core collection, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the company's debt collection strategy, overseeing a large team, and managing a significant portfolio of overdue accounts. - Leading and motivating a large team to optimize recovery processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Minimizing bad debt, improving cash flow, and implementing technology-driven solutions for enhanced collection efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing a comprehensive collections strategy to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses. - Developing strategies for different stages of delinquency and aligning collections strategy with overall business objectives. - Managing a large collections team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluation to meet targets. - Overseeing day-to-day collections activities, managing relationships with third-party agencies, and monitoring key performance indicators. - Maintaining compliance with debt collection laws, enforcing policies and procedures, and conducting regular audits to identify areas of risk. - Analyzing collections data, forecasting potential losses, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. - Ensuring collection communications are professional, empathetic, and compliant with brand standards. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and handling escalated customer complaints. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in a Senior leadership role in collection, credit risk management, or related field. - Industry Experience in Steel, Rental equipment's, Scaffolding, Building materials, Construction, or Cement industry will be advantageous. - Rich experience in Team Handling and achieving collection targets. - In-depth industry knowledge, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are required. This is a Full-time, Permanent position requiring 100% travel.,
