Job Description

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial management and decision-making. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations through in-depth financial data analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial obligations. Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency. Manage and optimize tax planning and compliance, including income tax and other relevant taxes. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to minimize financial risk. Monitor cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity and working capital needs are met. Implement strategies to optimize cash management and maximize return on excess funds. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Coordinate with auditors to address accounting and auditing matters. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and operations, to enhance commercial effectiveness. Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making and profitability. Ensure the organization's compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, supporting commercial operations. Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance commercial operations. Desired Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work with Stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives. Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
