Job Description

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by focusing on Guest Feedback and Social Media Reviews. Your responsibilities will also involve driving Financial Performance through activities such as Up selling, maximizing Room Revenue, and conducting Operation Auditing. Additionally, your role will require you to demonstrate strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective Staff Training and Team Leadership. You will be tasked with managing and motivating the Front Office team to deliver a high standard of service to customers. Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay will be essential to excel in this position. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing monthly and daily revenue reports and circulating them to all Heads of Departments.
