Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements as per IFRS Preparation of management accounts Coordinating external financial audit and tax audits Review and approval of transactions prepared by the team Preparation of adhoc reports required by management Preparation of reports for Banks Coordinating with the projects team for monthly closure of costing and revenue recognition under % of cost completion method Ensuring VAT Return Filing workings are prepared and returns are filed within due date ESR and AML Compliance, if applicale Preparation of annual budgets and tracking them with actuals Overseeing Bank/vendor/client/intercompany account reconciliations Payroll approval Preferred candidate profile: CA or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of Contracting industry experience is a must Post qualification experience of a minimum of 5 years with at least 2 being in the Construction or Contracting industry Demonstrable good track record
