Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant F&B Manager to join our team at Cygnett Inn, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
