Assistant Faculty

The Assistant Faculty for Economics & Accounts will support senior faculty in delivering high‑quality academic instruction to students of Classes 11 and 12. The role involves teaching, academic support, lesson planning, doubt‑clearing, and assisting in overall student development in both subjects.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Support

• Assist in teaching Economics and Accountancy as per the Class 11 & 12 curriculum.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions, remedial classes, and practice sessions.
• Support in preparing lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
• Help students understand core concepts through examples, case studies, and real‑life applications.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Assist in preparing question papers, tests, and evaluation sheets.
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain student performance records.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve academically.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and share updates with senior faculty and academic coordinators.
• Encourage students to participate in academic activities, competitions, and projects.

Coordination & Administrative Tasks

• Support senior faculty in curriculum planning and academic events.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and parent‑teacher meetings.
• Maintain subject‑related documentation and academic records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, or related field.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred (school or coaching institute).
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Economics and Accountancy (Class 11 & 12 level).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom‑handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior faculty and academic teams
