Key responsibilities-

1. Equipment Operation- Assist in daily operation and monitoring of the Boiler, water treatment plant, heater to ensure their efficient and uninterrupted performance.

2. Maintenance Management-Coordinate and participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of boilers and allied equipment’s adhering to guideline and safety standards.

3. Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve potential issues, equipment malfunctions and other technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime.

4. Safety Compliances-Implement and enforce all safety protocol and regulation. Conduct regular safety inspection, checks and risk assessment.

5. Record Keeping-Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of equipment’s maintenance, repairs and operational data for future references and compliance purpose.

6. Spare part Inventory-Monitor and manages spares and consumable for boiler, WTP.

7. Team collaboration-Work closely with technician to ensure seamless coordination of activities and harmonious working environment.

8. Training and Development-Provide on job training to technician,

9. Emergency Response- Be prepared to respond promptly to emergencies related to boiler, WTP and heater.

10. Hands on experiences on VFD, motor problem solving abilities.
