Facility Manager Technical What this job involves:As a Facility Manager Technical at JLL, youll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees In this role, youll leverage your technical expertise to oversee and optimize facility operations, ensuring seamless functionality and maximum efficiency Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and across the globe, to implement innovative solutions that enhance building performance and sustainability By embracing more innovative ways of working, youll contribute to JLLs commitment to excellence while advancing your own career in a supportive and inclusive environment What your day-to-day will look like:Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systemsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systemsLead and mentor a team of technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementAnalyze and optimize energy consumption, identifying opportunities for sustainability and cost reductionEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policiesCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address facility-related issues and implement solutionsPrepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projectsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or related technical roleStrong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbingProficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Facilities Management or related fieldProfessional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or PMPExperience with sustainable building practices and energy managementKnowledge of building automation systems and IoT technologiesFamiliarity with project management methodologiesMulti-site facility management experienceBilingual proficiencyAt JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive Join us in taking the more inspiring, innovative, and optimistic path toward success in facility management
