Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications. Quality of staff by Checking Grooming and developing them to ensure maximum contribution. Responsible to ensure daily staff briefing of HK, Technical & Pantry Staff. Ensure the relationships with client, Occupants, and other key vendors. Ensures that all client deliverables are submitted in timely manner. Manages vendor relationships. Ensures that entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of building physical care. Manage hard and soft copy data and need to ensure all files and other Doc are updated. Manage on-site staff and associated relevant employment issues. Carry out regular site visits/Walk through to ensure all Assets are in good order.(Preparing Walk through Report). Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and that General and Fire risk assessment recommendations are implemented across the team. Quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues. Facilitate learning and development for all Staff. Prepare and Report site operational requirement (Like any consumable, Inventory, Repair & Maintenance Etc.) Adherence the ISS SOPs & Checklists and PPM schedules for operation requirement. Timely Reporting of Daily reports in suggested format, MMR/QBR or other reports in terms of Technical, HK Services, Pantry Services etc. Asset & Inventory Management. Ensure the proper functioning of the technical Asset, timely servicing or all schedule activity of All technical Equipment and assets Preferred candidate profile Educational qualification BE / B.Tech /in Electrical, Electronic & Mechanical or any other Preferably from Facility / Hospitality management with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience. Good Leadership Qualities. Candidate must have an Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Electronic system, Plumbing, STP, PAC, Access system, Fire system, CCTV etc. Should have strong computer skills(MS Word / Excel /Power Point etc.). Should have excellent communication skill with good presentation skills. Must have the capacity to manage a team of more than 25 employee. Additionally, this role requires a thorough understanding of all safety and environmental. Communicates effectively with superiors, peers and subordinates. Operations Knowledge of Factory location.
