Assistant Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Mott MacDonald, you will play a crucial role in planning and designing all electrical elements of building services and infrastructure networks. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and designing electrical systems in coordination with architectural and structural inputs, based on evaluation of various options and initial load estimates. - Conducting design calculations, quantity estimation, schematic, and detailed design of electrical systems for building services elements. - Ensuring that all design work complies with the Company's quality standard procedures. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - B.E/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering discipline. - Minimum 3+ years of experience as an engineer, preferably in building project design. - Extensive experience in Electrical building services design. - Understanding of medical risk grades and redundancies. - Proficiency in Electrical design software such as Dialux Evo/Dialux 4.13, Earth Grid study, and experience in handling Amtech models individually. - Ability to review and check drawings and calculations. - Good knowledge of relevant international codes and regulations like BS/BSEN/NFPA/Lighting Guides.
