Job Description

Your key responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy

    : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.
  • Market Research and User Feedback

    : Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions, identify trends, and understand user pain points.
  • Feature Prioritization

    : Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring a balanced approach to product development.
  • Product Lifecycle Management

    : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Performance Measurement

    : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user engagement, and overall impact, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication

    : Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategic initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of the product's value.
  • Innovation and Trends

    : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and product management, applying insights to enhance the design platform's capabilities.

    : Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Design Knowledge

    : Familiarity with design principles, UX/UI best practices, and user-centered design methodologies to effectively collaborate with design teams and advocate for user needs.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven track record of product management or leadership experience in design platforms.
  • Proficiency in design system basics.
  • Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Strong design skills, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in design, marketing, business, computer science, or related fields.

Ideally, youll also have

  • Hands-on experience in Flourish, CEROS, Turtl or other similar design platform
  • Ability to think strategically/end-to-end with result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients

  • Software or Marketing technology products (Social, Web, Marketing Automation etc)
  • MS Office tools (Word, Excel, IE); web/production technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
