We collaborate with B2B partners, architects, interior designers, and studio owners to bring designs to life with precision and efficiency. Our expertise includes kitchen and wardrobe modules, space-saving furniture mechanisms, and custom interior solutions , all backed by advanced manufacturing capabilities. Role Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Design Manager to lead a team of 10 to 12 designers , ensuring seamless execution of 10 to 12 projects per designer . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and technical proficiency to drive design execution and efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO , you will play a key role in streamlining design processes, improving team productivity, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10 to 12 designers , ensuring project deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. B2B Project Coordination: Oversee multiple interior design projects for B2B clients, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Client Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and business partners to understand project requirements and propose innovative solutions. Design Management: Supervise the creation of technical drawings, space layouts, and modular furniture designs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve design workflow and operational efficiency. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet industry standards and client expectations. Cross-functional Coordination: Work with production, execution, and sales teams to align design plans with manufacturing capabilities. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in interior design, modular furniture, or space planning. Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of experience managing a design team. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of modular furniture, space-saving solutions, and interior design principles. Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and execution challenges efficiently.
