Job Description

* Ensure working to penetrate new prospects /markets and expand customer base by pitching
Essco as an independent identity in itself
* Prepare daily working plan to cover as much market as possible
* To educate dealers and their sales staff about complete Essco product range , its USPs value to
them through benefit selling
* Develop business in project segment by developing project clientele through establishing Essco
* Convert existing dealers in market to exclusive Essco dealers
* Identification, appointment establishment of dealers securing BOQ's in projects and influencing
other key decision makers in market
* To ensure maximum display at dealers showrooms through JDS
* To ensure suitable branding and Brand Hygiene to be maintained at all times
* Take personal ownership of customers in the assigned Territory
* To set example by personally handling customers at the dealer's counter by demonstrating
the product knowledge and selling arguments in order to sell products at company price
* To ensure price discipline at all dealers counters ,
* To timely update dealers / projects/specifiers on all changes / modifications company has done
* To educate dealers ( their sales staff) on benefits of using dealer portal for problem redressal
access to latest information
* To support dealers / projects/specifiers resolve their issues related to supplies, sales, policies,
Customer Care other issues
* To organize plumbers meets/trainings through customer care on Essco installation
* To educate dealers / projects/specifiers on the benefits of issuing warranty certificates for all
customers
* To ensure dealers / projects/specifiers issue warranty certificate to every customer
* To plan and implement OC visit and factory visit of potential external customers
* Initiate Marcom activities and promotional activities to create brand awareness
* To carry out sales promotional activities as proposed and decided
* Develop effective working relationships with dealers / projects/specifiers through regular meetings
and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities by generating
customer leads
* To Map competitor activity in the local area through scouting and developing competitor database
* Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
* To do at least 175+ productive meetings per month with external customers based on the market coverage , including 10 days tour , stationaed in the in the focus towns for ESSCO .

* To maintain data in company given software of each customer handled by you at the
dealers' counter and to follow up till maturity / conversion to sales
