Job Description

Role & responsibilities Product wise Cost and Contribution. Monitor and Tabulate the Raw Material Movement (Price). Input Output Reconciliation for the plant. Well- versed with Oracle (FI & MM Module), MS Office, Advance Excel, understanding of Financial Accounting Software etc. Plan and improve operations, impact business growth & maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reduction. Conduct Wastage Accounting, analysis of WIP aging. Preparation of required MIS on a regular basis. Closing of accounts periodically for the plant and the same to be reported in book of accounts. Preparation of Cost Accounting Records, Bookkeeping, and Preparation of MIS report. Conduct Inventory Valuation as per the guidelines and timelines. Execute Product Pre/Post Costing and production Valuation as per guidelines and timelines. System Awareness and application of Management accounting system to maintain MIS data Maintenance for Timely and effective Decision Making. Reduction in WIP, designing new systems. Preparation of MIS monthly and report to the concerned as per defined timelines. Preferred candidate profile An effective leader with good communication, analytical, team building and relationship management skills. Should have requisite Leadership/people management skills. Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant. Understanding of internal/external customer/supplier relationships.
