Job Description

Education Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing agency or brand s creative team . Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and multimedia content creation . Technical Creative Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and other design/video editing tools. Strong visual storytelling and conceptualization skills. Familiarity with UI/UX principles, animation, and motion graphics is a plus. Understanding of social media algorithms, digital ad formats, and content marketing strategies . Soft Skills Competencies: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence . Creative Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing creative strategies that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Support the Creative Director in conceptualizing and refining campaign ideas for social media, advertisements, websites, videos, and other digital assets. Provide art direction, design inputs, and creative insights to the team, ensuring high-quality output. Project Management Team Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end creative process , ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, motion artists, and content writers to bring creative ideas to life. Maintain a structured workflow , ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Brand Content Development: Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and marketing channels. Innovate and experiment with new creative formats to enhance audience engagement. Review and refine content, graphics, and visual storytelling to maximize impact. Stakeholder Collaboration Client Management: Liaise with the Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Strategy teams to align creative outputs with campaign goals. Work with clients and internal teams to translate business objectives into creative deliverables . Present creative concepts, obtain feedback, and make necessary refinements. Industry Trends Innovation: Stay updated on digital trends, creative tools, and industry best practices to drive innovative solutions. Research and implement AI-driven and automation tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
