**Job Description:** As a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary, your role will involve assisting in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws. You will support the Company Secretary in managing board meetings, AGM, EGM, and other shareholder meetings. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining statutory registers and records, assisting in filing necessary forms and returns with regulatory authorities, and supporting in advising the Board on governance, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Semi-qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience - Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws - Strong communication and coordination skills Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund. The work location for this role is in person.,
