Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Commercial Manager (Navi Mumbai) to facilitate and manage interactions with various government and regulatory authorities in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of land-related regulations, development approvals, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with Authorities: Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments including CIDCO, NAINA, BMC, Urban Development (UD), Revenue Authorities, and other local government bodies. 2. Revenue Department Coordination: Engage with officials from the Revenue Department, including Talathi, Tehsildar, Circle Officer, Collector, and Commissioner, to ensure smooth execution of land-related processes. 3. Document Procurement: Obtain essential documents from various departments related to land transactions and land records. 4. Land Procurement & Development Support: Assist in the procurement of land and property, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Coordination and property related matters. 5. Approvals & Permissions: Actively participate in obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for the development of our projects in Navi Mumbai. Desired candidate profile : 1. 8-10 years of experience in coordinating with various government authorities in Navi Mumbai. 2. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials. 3. Proficiency in Marathi. 4. Well-versed with documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements related to property transactions. Compensation: Rs. 40,000 per month.
