Job Description

Driving, handling & monitoring the entire General Trade & distribution for assigned Zone/Area Delivery of Tonnage, Weekly Customer Retention and other key growth initiatives Managing Distributors in the assigned territory (Service & Hygiene Parameters) Exploring New customers / Channels for Growth Evaluating gaps at Category level & working with central team to bridge the same Improvement of Salesforce effectiveness Improving on-time delivery & customer experience Coordinating with the multiple stakeholders (Trade marketing, Operations, Finance, HR etc.,) to Improve the P&L for the assigned Area Team Management Lead, motivate, and support a team to successfully and strategically deliver on goals Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity A Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious. Here s what you will need to have to join the Ninja Clan 4-10 Years of overall experience Bachelors Degree/MBA preferred in the relevant field Distributor Handling Experience is a must Proven track record in Sales, Business development and winning new business Should be comfortable with extensive traveling Preferred experiences from FMCG / FMCD / Telecom or companies with field sales structure (Startup experience is an additional advantage) Intermediate skills in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUPs etc) Local linguistic proficiency is Mandatory (Kannada in this case)
