Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, including both sales and administrative functions. Your primary focus will be on promoting both motor and non-motor insurance products through various channels, with a strong emphasis on agency sales. Achieving set targets and goals will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will supervise a team of Marketing Executives who are part of the on-roll staff. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to build and manage teams successfully. Analytical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong leadership qualities are also necessary to excel in this position. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the General Insurance industry. Educational qualifications required for this role include a minimum of a graduate degree, with preference given to those holding a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
