As an Assistant Backend Developer at our company, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and optimizing backend services using Java 8+ and Spring/Spring Boot. - Implementing Microservices architecture and building robust RESTful APIs. - Ensuring high performance and reliability using Multithreading techniques. - Working with MongoDB to manage efficient database queries and schemas. - Collaborating with teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. - Conducting code reviews, implementing unit testing, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
