Job Description

Mandatory requirement - You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year. Please do not apply if you are not available to work offline or if you are not available to work for 1 full year. Our primary approach is to offer safe and structured activities in age-appropriate environments where children are encouraged to learn, play, explore and discover. Our aim is to help each child realize his or her hidden potential that appears enveloped even after attending school We are looking for passionate teachers who can help us build a strong community of budding artists. Roles responsibilities Teach kids from different age groups as per the art school curriculum both Online Offline. Plan and prepare worksheets, and access the art worksheet online on Google classroom. Share periodic feedback to kids about their artwork. Teach allocated students by planning their teaching to achieve progress as per the curriculum. Helping assisting main/lead teachers while teaching. Following on feedback from lead teachers, managing worksheets, keeping track of student progress. Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications You should be available to work full-time at our centre for a minimum of 1 year. Self-taught artists or a background in Art/Fine Arts Looking for full-time art teachers. Excellent communication skills Prior experience in an Art school or a pre-school is a plus. Does not need to have any formal education in fine arts. You can apply even if you are a fresher provided you are skilled in different forms of art. Benefits Working hours - Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Alternate Sunday will be working. Alternate Sundays are working. Monday will be the compensatory off if they work on a Sunday.
