ROLE: Assistant Area Sales Manager (AASM) About the role: We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do-it individual who is willing to join our team as an assistant area sales manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring leads and generating revenue by onboarding new apartment complexes and societies into NoBrokerHood by meeting with prospective clients and explaining the product. You will also be handling a team of Territory Sales Managers as part of your job role and making sure that the TSMs are diligently following their duties on a daily basis. Mandatory requirements for this position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team Handling skills Proven Field sales experience in B2B / B2C Should be proficient in English and regional language (knowing the regional language of the job location will be a plus). Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc. A valid driver's licence (DL) with a two-wheeler/ four-wheeler, as this role requires you to be on the field. Geographical knowledge of the job location is an added advantage. Job Description:- As part of the Area Sales Management team, you will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives for the organization with respect to apartment societies across Bangalore. Leading a team in the large sales function of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus, and leading the company to exponential growth. Manage a team of Territory Sales Managers and Senior Territory Sales Managers and be responsible for overall performance of the team and assigned region Will be responsible for revenue generation by on-boarding apartment societies with the help of TSM and Sr. TSM Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business. Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth Identifying, experimenting, and executing innovative ideas for expansion.
