Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for the position of Assistant at Amdocs Mexico. The Assistant will be responsible for organizing office activities, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing support to the team and management. Additional tasks include data entry, coordination of meetings, and assisting with the preparation of reports and documents.

Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in data entry and handling correspondence
Coordination of meetings and schedule management skills
Support and assist in preparation of reports and documents
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
Experience in administrative support or related roles is a plus
