Job Title: Assembly Worker / Assembler Job Summary: An Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling parts or components of products in a factory or production line environment. The role involves using tools or machines, following technical instructions, and ensuring products are built to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components or products according to instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery as needed for assembly. Inspect parts for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards. Perform repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any mechanical issues or defective materials to supervisors. Meet daily production targets and deadlines. Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required. Work as part of a team to support smooth production flow. Required Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (a plus but not mandatory). Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools. Teamwork and time management skills.
