Project Execution

Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.
Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are assigned to the right tasks.
Task Management : Oversee and track project tasks, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing progress updates, milestone tracking, and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, security requirements, and customer expectations.
Issue Resolution : Address issues or conflicts during execution, providing quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Change Management : Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes while assessing impacts and obtaining stakeholder

Skills

Enterprise Web Application Development
Hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Cloud Platforms
AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable and secure deployments.
API Development & Integration RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Database Design & Optimization SQL and NoSQL databases.
Mobile Application Development Familiarity with React Native or Flutter.
Security Best Practices Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards.
DevOps Practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Management Skills :
Proficiency with project management tools Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team and workload management.
Client communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management.
Mastery of Agile and Scrum methodologies with sprint planning and retrospectives.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage
