Preparation of process Design basis , Technical specification, BOQ for Heat exchanger for standard and non standard exchanger. Perform detailed sizing calculations for 2-Phase and 3-Phase Separators (API 12J), considering both Horizontal and Vertical configurations. Design and optimize Knock-Out Drums, ensuring they effectively separate liquid and gas phases, preventing downstream system issues. Ensure that sizing and design meet the required safety and operational performance standards. Development of BFD, PFD and P&ID for the Separator Packages and New Product Development. Work closely with the drafting team to ensure these diagrams are clear and meet client and regulatory requirements. Conduct a thorough review of Orientation & Elevation Drawings, Thermal Datasheets, Mechanical Datasheets, and Specifications provided by clients.
