Job Description

Role & responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for OTC products. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail pharmacies. Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new retail partners. Ensure product availability and visibility across key outlets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for strategic planning. Conduct regular visits to retail pharmacies and distributors to track sales performance and resolve issues. Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities as per company guidelines. Work closely with the sales team and report progress to the Area Sales Manager. Collect customer feedback and provide inputs for product improvements. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Key Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc./B.Com/BBA preferred). MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or OTC product sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good understanding of the OTC/pharmaceutical retail market. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
