Role: Area Sales Manager - Dealer Development and Sales (Electric Vehicles / Batteries / Battery Chargers Background) Education: MBA/B.Tech/PG Diploma in sales and marketing. (MBA freshers with good interpersonal skills can also apply). Experience: 1 - 5 Yrs experience in Electric Vehicles, Batteries & Charger. Salary: 3 - 6 LPA plus performance-based Incentive Notice Period: Immediate Joiner, 15 Days or 1 Month. Job Type: Full-time Job Location Area: Andhra Pradesh. No. of Position: 1 Job Responsibilities: 1.Appoint new dealers/distributors in the assigned territory. 2.Target oriented candidate with proven track record. 3.Should be willing to extensive travel in the assigned territory. 4.Should have experience in making reports on market intelligence. 5.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales target. 6.Meeting with EV 2 Wheelers OEMs, Distributors and dealers for business 7.Should have good presentation and convincing skills. 8.Liasoning with dealers to build trust in order to ensure long term business relationships. 9.Candidate from EV battery industry will be given preference. 10. Knowledge of current EV market and competitors’ strategy.
