ASIC Digital Design, Sr Engineer

• Collaborating closely with digital and mixed-signal design teams to define specifications, implement RTL designs, and validate performance on prototype test-chips.
• Executing structured firmware development, verification, and documentation processes to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
• Driving projects from initial concept to successful completion, including functional and performance testing on silicon.
• Interfacing with cross-functional groups and customer support teams to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional support.
• Utilizing scripting languages (Shell/Python) to automate workflows, enhance testing efficiency, and streamline development pipelines.

What You ll Need:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in bare metal firmware development and silicon testing.
• Proficiency in digital design (RTL), with a strong grasp of design methodologies and verification flows.
• Experience executing projects end-to-end, from specification development to final performance testing.
• Ability to follow structured firmware development, verification, and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Basic knowledge of SerDes standards (NRZ, PAM) and scripting experience (Shell/Python) are valuable assets
