You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical hospital applications such as HIS (Hospital Information System), PACS, LIS, EMR, and ERP while ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, and IT security. You will also provide technical support to hospital staff, ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations, and drive IT projects that enhance hospital operations. Key Responsibilities Application Support Provide first and second-level support for HIS, PACS, LIS, EMR, and other healthcare applications. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing technical assistance to hospital staff, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing helpdesk tickets, and supporting critical healthcare applications.
