Job Summary: The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in the manufacturing industry. Location: Bangalore - 100% work from office Responsibilities• Min of 6 years’ experience in Production, Planning & Control (PPC) – preferably from Semicon equipment industry or capital equipment industry• Must have hands on experience in SAP and processing work orders • Serve as the primary point of contact with respective stakeholders regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise. • Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels to meet customer demands. • Work closely with the logistics team to arrange shipping and delivery of pending orders and any discrepancies in stocks. • Maintain accurate records of all orders and shipment status.• Address and resolve any order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, and returns, in a timely and professional manner. • Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes and improve overall efficiency. QualificationsAny Bachelor's degrees (Preferably graduate in E&E\ECE \Mech).
