Job Description: Mid-Level– Polyethylene Foam Extrusion Operations Location: Nigeria Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management Oversee day-to-day operations of PE foam extrusion lines (EPE, XLPE, IXPE, etc.). Plan, monitor, and achieve production targets in line with company objectives. Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, energy, and manpower. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for extrusion and lamination processes. 2. Process Optimization & Quality Control Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, line speed, etc.) and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
