Full Time
Develop CL, RPG, SQL/DB2 programs and batch processes for insurance claims processing.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement interfaces and integration with other systems (claim systems, finance, reporting).
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AS400 programs for performance and accuracy.
Work closely with business analysts and functional teams to ensure solution meets business needs.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain proper documentation of technical solutions and processes.
Required Skills:
Strong experience on AS400 / IBM iSeries development.
Hands-on with RxClaim (Insurance/Healthcare domain).
Programming in RPG, CL, SQL/DB2.
Experience with batch jobs, reports, interfaces, and file handling on AS400.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of insurance claims lifecycle (health/medical insurance domain).
Excellent communication skills for coordination with business and functional teams.
